How it can be arranged
You may arrange the use of Internet banking at an RBA branch when opening your transaction account.
To access Internet banking, you may choose one of the following authentication devices:
• ActivKey USB device (Fina certificate)
• SmartCard (Fina certificate)
• mToken as part of RBA mBIZ mobile application

B2G usluge
Electronic communication with state administration authorities and public services
B2G services are a set of electronic services provided by FINA, state administration and public services available via Internet that business entities access by using devices (ActivKey USB device or SmartCard) on which FINA certificates are stored.
B2G services include FINA e-services and e-services provided by public administration and services. FINA charges a fee for use of FINA e-services.
FINA e-services
- e-Regos

e-Regos service is designed for any party required to submit R-Sm Forms, and enables easier, faster and more modern way of electronic submission 24/7 with no need to visit a FINA counters.
The service enables:
• Entering R-Sm data in an electronic form;
• submitting an electronically signed R-Sm Form to the REGOS system maintained at FINA via Internet;
• On-line download of the file with errors in specification of insurance contribution calculation,
• Download of the file with an overview of non-associated R-S/R-Sm forms, contribution payments and refunds,
• Printing an electronically signed page A of the R-Sm form, and there is an additional certification at FINA counters available for users.

- Register of annual financial statements
-
The Registry of Annual Financial Statements is the central source of information on the performance and financial standing of legal and private individuals who are profit taxpayers. It has been set up as a "public electronic library" of Croatia's economy, where any person, without having to give reasons for the request, may obtain financial statements, for more years, of any business entity which is obliged to submit annual financial statements to the Registry.
In addition to individual data, it is possible to obtain groups of data from the financial reports.
Besides for the public purposes, the Registry has been set up in order to alleviate the burden of business entities, which are required to submit their financial reports to several places, various government institutions.
With the Registry in place, business entities are no more required to submit their financial statements to the Commercial Court and to FINA for the purposes of the Central Bureau of Statistics, so from now on, the business subjects have to submit their annual financial statements only to the Registry.
The service enables exchange of reports in an electronic format via Internet:
• Submitting annual financial statements,
• Downloading annual financial statements,
• Submitting statistical reports: TSI-POD form- quarterly statistical reports of entrepreneurs, TSI-N form - quarterly statistical reports of non-profit organizations, PR-RAS-NPF form - semi-annual statement of income and expenses of non-profit organizations,
• Downloading of quarterly statistical reports of enterprises - users can download their own statistical reports only.

- WEB BON BON-1 Form

The fastest and easiest method of downloading BON-1 forms (creditworthiness information) is enabled through WEB BON service. This service is intended for business subjects which are registered for the use of WEB BON service, and it gives them the possibility to look into creditworthiness information of enterprises and to download information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Apart from the creditworthiness information of your company, data for other business entities are available as well.
The service includes:
• Obtaining creditworthiness information on BON-1 form (in Croatian, English or German),
• Obtaining the list of inquirers of your BON-1 form.

- The Registry of concessions
-
The Registry of concessions is a unique electronic register of contracts and a central source of information in respect of all concessions arranged in the Republic of Croatia. Concedents are required to submit information concerning the arranged concessions and any amendments to concession contracts within 10 days from the contract date or from the amendment date to the Registry. Data entry is conducted daily, so precise and updated information on all concessions are available in a single place.
The Registry is public, and access is possible on a 24/7 basis.
The concedent has the possibility of looking into data from any concession contract executed with concessionaires. Besides viewing payment data, the concedent has also an option to print out notifications of outstanding concession fee.
The concessionaire has the possibility of viewing data from all of its concession contracts.
Other persons (legal and physical persons who are neither concedents nor concessionaires) have access to public information from the Registry.

- e-Račun (E-Invoice)

The internet service for electronic exchange of invoices between suppliers and buyers, and management of the overall process of issuing, receiving and archiving invoices.
The service attempts at realistically transferring the process of sending and receiving invoices from the real business world to the electronic world. The essential difference lies in the fact that users are provided with faster, safer, simpler and cheaper sending, receiving and archiving of bills and the placement of bills for payment.
The electronic invoice is a document entirely identical to the paper one, and various documents (electronic or scanned) such as accompanying letters, supplements, forms, agreements and other documents can be attached to it, as when supplied with a bill sent in the paper form.
RBA acts as an agent when contracting e-Račun service (e-Invoicing) for business entities. Entities which are obliged to adhere to public procurement act and contracting authorities and entities should directly contact FINA to arrange the e-Račun service (e-Invoicing).

The e-Blockade service enables review of data, or of a payment order, as prescribed under the Rules on the Method and Procedure of Distraint against Cash Assets pursuant to the Act on Distraint against Cash Asset, to the authorized data user (distrainee, and distraining officer, or their proxy),e-services of state administration and public services.

It includes a set of electronic services of the Tax Administration and is intended for all taxpayers in the Republic of Croatia. The electronic service enables electronic communication of the Tax Administration with taxpayers by use of Internet as a communication channel.
E-service allows a secure exchange of documents in an electronic format between a taxpayers and the Tax Administration. Users can complete, sign and submit electronic documents via Internet and receive information from the Tax Administration in the same way.
Use of the service:
• ePKK looking into tax/accounting card,
• ePDV submitting VAT forms,
• ePDV-K submitting final statement of VAT account,
• ePD submitting profit tax return,
• eSR submitting monument annuity account data,
• eTZ submitting tourist board membership fee account data,
• eID submitting ID forms,
• retrieval of form status - retrieving and viewing status of submitted reports,
• authorization of business entity - overview and management of taxpayer authorization,

It includes a set of electronic services of the Tax Administration and is intended for all taxpayers in the Republic of Croatia. The electronic service enables electronic communication of the Tax Administration with taxpayers by use of Internet as a communication channel.
E-service allows a secure exchange of documents in an electronic format between a taxpayers and the Tax Administration. Users can complete, sign and submit electronic documents via Internet and receive information from the Tax Administration in the same way.

- e-Zdravstveno (e-Health)

The service is intended for legal persons (contribution payers) who have been entered in the register of the Croatian Health Insurance Institute. It gives the possibility to initiate the procedure for obtaining an insured person status in mandatory health insurance electronically (submitting e-forms). The service is available on a 24/7 basis.
The service enables
• Submission of insured person registration and deregistration forms,
• Change of insured person's data electronically,
• Registering employees and their family members (children and spouses).
Arranging the service
• Users should have an ActivKey USB device or SmartCard with FINA certificate (available to all RBA Internet banking users),
• Service is activated by filling in an application form, which is available on the web page of the Institute. The completed and scanned application form should be signed electronically from the e-mail address of a responsible person and sent to the e-mail address of the Institute (HZZO),
• After the service has been activated, in order to commence operational use, the HZZO application and user manual should be downloaded and installed.
Users can contact the Croatian Health Insurance Institute directly to obtain any information concerning installation and use of the service.

- e-carina (e-customs)

NCTS is an information system which enables faster and simpler electronic exchange of data for execution of transit procedure. This method of submitting customs declaration enables you to prepare the declaration partially in advance and to submit it to the customs office irrespective of its office hours. This ensures significant time and cost savings for all the participants in the customs procedure.
The service is intended for authorized participants in the customs procedure.
The service enables:
• accessing and registering a unique customs declaration,
• accessing bank guarantees,
• accessing bank transit guarantees.
Arranging the service
• Users should have an ActivKey USB device or SmartCard with FINA certificate (available to all RBA Internet banking users),
