ORYX Assistance- Roadside Assistance

To use the additional benefits available within the RBA PremiumPLATINUM current account package, ORYX Assistance, in emergency cases when the speed of resolving the situation is most important to you, it is enough to know the free phone number of the ORYX contact center for RBA clients 0800 5003 (on call 24 hours a day).

Roadside assistance

If your vehicle breaks down in the country and Europe, the Roadside Assistance service will enable you to repair the breakdown on the spot or transport the vehicle to the nearest service center free of charge. The package also includes the Road Angel application for smartphones, which by monitoring the speed, noise in the vehicle and other parameters recognizes a traffic accident and automatically calls the ambulance, police, fire brigade or roadside assistance.

You can contract the RBA PremiumPLATINUM package at the branch office, your account will be opened immediately and you will receive all the necessary documentation from our employee.

We send the debit card and PIN to your home address in separate shipments, and you will receive them within 7 to a maximum of 10 days.

You can activate the mojaRBA application as soon as your account is opened.

When opening an account in the branch, emphasize to the employee that you want to contract and activate mobile banking immediately.

Activating the mojaRBA application is simple. All you need is the activation code, which you will receive in two parts. If you contract the application digitally, you will receive the first part of the activation code via e-mail, and the second part in an SMS message, and if you contract the application in a branch, you will receive the first part of the code from the branch employee, and the second part in an SMS message.

Additional health insurance is a higher standard of health care compared to
mandatory health insurance, and specialist medical examinations and diagnostic procedures are covered. The insured can be a person between the ages of 16 and 65, and the total costs covered in one insurance year can amount to a maximum of EUR 99.54 for specialist medical examinations and a maximum of EUR 99.54 for diagnostic procedures.

Contracted coverages are provided upon medical indication, and can be used after a period of 15 days from the day that will be indicated on the policy as the start of insurance. Details of the restrictions are available in the General conditions of additional health insurance for users of the RBA package with current accounts.

Includes travel health insurance during travel outside of Croatia, reimbursement of necessary expenses in case of flight delay or baggage delay if the plane ticket was paid for with an RBA credit or debit card, reimbursement of necessary expenses for people traveling with an RBA card user if their plane tickets were also paid either with which RBA card of the insured and insurance in case of death due to an accident.

The RaiConnect application is a mobile application / internet platform of a digital service, which enables communication between the client and the bank by sending messages, audio and video calls, sending documents, displaying screens and other actions. Communication via the RaiConnect application takes place between the Client and the banker assigned to him during the banker's working hours. The banker is obliged to respond to the Client's message no later than 2
working days.

The service can be contracted by any client who has contracted one of the RBA current account packages, or a Premium client using the Premium package at the nearest branch.

A client who uses 4 or more groups of products on the last day of the billing period is entitled to a discount on the monthly fee for using the Premium package. This includes groups of products that the client uses in RBA bank or in members of the Raiffeisen group in the country.

Priority Pass is part of the Visa PlatinumPLUS service, which can be contracted during the realization of the Visa Platinum card or subsequently as part of the RBA PremiumPLATINUM package. It is contracted at the RBA office, when contracting a Visa Platinum card, together with other services that are part of the Visa PlatinumPLUS package.
