MAKE MORE SECURE payments happen: Card payment security
The bank's security systems are at the highest level, but each user is obliged to take care of the daily protection of their confidential data.
Learn how to pay securely with RBA cards and use your PIN and other secret information carefully.
Do not share secret information from cards and tokens through messages, social networks and suspicious links in messages
Enter the one-time password (OTP) exclusively on the RBA application/pages
Do not send photos of your payment card, token serial number or one-time password

Access services from official sites
- You can apply for mojaRBA internet banking directly from the official RBA website.
- Check if the web address starts with https:// which is a sign of using a secure encrypted channel.
- A padlock icon indicates that the website has been signed with a security certificate.

Shop at trusted online stores
- Each payment is confirmed by entering a security code (CVC/CVV) known only to you. By keeping that number, you reduce the possibility of misuse of your cards.
- When shopping securely online with RBA cards, you confirm your identity with an authentication device (mToken, card reader, token) by generating a one-time password or by logging into the mToken application and confirming the transaction.

Protect your computer
- Use an antivirus program and a personal firewall, and regularly update the operating system of your mobile phone and laptop as well as your web browser.
- Use strong passwords and lock the computer when not in use.

Recognize suspicious messages
- Do not open e-mail messages from unknown senders and suspicious content.
- Do not respond to e-mail messages asking you to provide PIN and card data (card number, card expiration date, CVC/CVV number) and mToken access data and codes generated by mToken.
- Do not open links and attachments from such messages, do not run or install additional programs.
- Do not open links or share confidential data (data from cards and tokens/mTokens) through messages (Whatsapp, Viber, SMS, ...), social networks or links received through these messages.

Be safe
The RBA will never ask you to:
- PIN of any RBA card or authentication device,
- debit and credit card security code,
- installation of a tool sent via e-mail and
- date, time and amount or MAC code of internet banking application.
The more information you have, the better you will ultimately protect yourself.
