Certificates are financial derivatives the value of which depends on the movement of the underlying instrument, known as the underlying asset.

The underlying asset can consist of various types of investments, such as stocks, bonds, indices, commodities, etc.

Certificates are debt securities, and certificate buyers are exposed to the credit risk of the issuer (e.g., the risk of bankruptcy).

Certificates are considered complex financial instruments because their value is derived and depends on the movement of the underlying asset.

To make a more informed assessment of certificates as a suitable investment, it is necessary to review the Issuance Prospectus.
