The condition for contracting UNIQA supplementary insurance is the established status of the insured person in the mandatory health insurance.

In cases of reimbursement of expenses to the insured person, it is achieved by submitting personal data with the number of the bank account to which you want payment, by sending an e-mail to dopunsko@uniqa.hr. In case of higher costs, you can ask UNIQA for a payment guarantee letter or you can ask the hospital for an extended payment invoice that UNIQA will pay directly.
