Article 1 Organizer

Article 2 Duration, purpose and scope of prize competition

The prize competition Make FREE access to ULTRA Europe happen is held in the territory of the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of promoting the RBA Young&Free current account package.

The competition lasts from 11 May 2026 to 30 June 2026, or until the supply of tickets for the first 500 customers runs out. A person who applies to participate in the competition shall be hereinafter referred as the Participant.

Article 3 Area of promotion

All information will be available on the Organizer's website www.rba.hr

Article 4 Right to participate

All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who are at least 18 and no more than 27 years old by the start of the competition shall have the right to participate in the prize competition.

Employees of the Organizer, members of their immediate family as defined in Art. 3, par. 1, pt. 2 of the Credit Institutions Act, and other persons directly involved in the preparation and organization of the prize competition and/or the drawing of winners cannot participate in the competition. If, by checking the identification data of the winner, the Organizer determines that a Participant does not meet the conditions set out in this Article, their application shall be declared invalid, and the prize shall be awarded to the next Participant in the order of contracting.

Article 5 How to participate

Participation shall be achieved by contracting the RBA Young&Free package online in the mojaRBA app during the competition period. After successful contracting, Participants shall access the Chat service on the home screen. In the Chat, they need to select Ultra Europe Prize Competition and enter the code #500 as a confirmation of applying to participate in the competition.

The first 500 clients who contract the RBA Young&Free package and apply for participation via Chat will receive 2 tickets for one of the three days of the Ultra Europe festival (a total of 1000 tickets). The prizes are:

167 x 2 REGULAR one-day festival tickets for Friday, 10/7/2026 (a total of 167 winners and 334 tickets)

167 x 2 REGULAR one-day festival tickets for Saturday, 11.7.2026. (a total of 167 winners and 334 tickets)

166 x 2 REGULAR one-day festival tickets for Sunday, 12.7.2026. (a total of 167 winners and 332 tickets)

Tickets shall be awarded according to the order of contracting the RBA Young&Free package and registration via Chat. All prizes shall be used in the period from July 10 to July 12, 2026.

Article 6 Drawing of winners and notification

Winners shall be determined according to the order of contracting packages and registration via Chat. The Organizer will notify the winners by e-mail with instructions for downloading the tickets. The tickets shall be valid only for the day for which they were issued, and if the winner fails to use them, they will not be able to use them for the other days either. The winner will be
asked for an ID card at the concert to verify their age. In the event of non-response or failure to meet the conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next qualified Participant.

Article 7 Downloading of tickets

The Organizer shall e-mail a unique entrio link to the winners, for downloading of the tickets via the Entrio platform. By clicking on the link, the Entrio platform will open, where a unique promotional code will be entered in the "I want to use promotional code" field automatically, which provides the winner with two free tickets. In order to download the tickets, the winner will
add two tickets called RBA Ultra Day Ticket to the shopping cart. The winner will enter their name, surname and e-mail, and accept the conditions (18+). The winner will enter their name and surname and the name and surname of their companion on the two awarded tickets. After downloading (i.e. “buying” the tickets) via the Entrio platform, Entrio will send both tickets to the
winner's e-mail address, which was entered when downloading the tickets.

The tickets will bear the names and surnames that the winner entered when downloading via the assigned link. To enter the festival, tickets need to be exchanged for festival wristbands at the main entrance, the General Admission booth (GA). When exchanging tickets for wristbands, identity verification will be performed by presenting a valid identity document. In case of any discrepancy between the ticket and document data, the Organizer may deny entry. Entry is allowed only to adults (18+).

Winners are required to download tickets through the Entrio platform no later than 9 July 2026.

The Organizer shall not bear any costs of transportation, accommodation or other costs related to the use of the prize.

Article 8 Restrictions and rights of participants

Participants shall have no right to claim prizes other than those specified in these rules.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.

Winners shall not be liable for any taxes, duties, or fees directly related to the prize.

In the event that the number of Participants in the competition is less than the number of prizes provided for by the prize fund, the number of prizes awarded shall be equal to the number of Participants.

Article 9 Participants' rights related to personal data

The Organizer undertakes to process and protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable regulations.

The Participant accepts the Rules and by participating, accepts and approves the processing of personal data (name and surname, e-mail, information about the contracted service) for the purpose of holding and conducting the competition.

The participant can request to exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access to data and information on data processing, including a copy of their personal data;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure;
  • Right to restriction of processing;
  • Right to data portability;

The Participant's personal data will be kept for the duration of the competition and for the resolution of any objections filed by the Participant.

Considering that the Participants are clients of the Organiser, all other information about the processing of their personal data is available in the document Rules of Personal Data Treatment of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. related to data of physical persons on the website of the Organiser.

Article 10 Possibility of cancellation and changes to the competition

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or change the competition rules in the event of circumstances beyond its control, of which it will inform the participants in good time.

Article 11 Jurisdiction

The Municipal Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction for all disputes related to this competition.

Article 12 Taxes

The winner shall not be liable for any taxes, fees, or charges directly related to the prize.

Article 13 Option to terminate the competition

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition in the event of circumstances for which it is not responsible and which it could not prevent or remedy.

In this case, the Organizer is released from all obligations towards the Participants.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical problems or errors in data entry.

Participants accept the rights and obligations under these Rules.

Article 14 Changes to the Rules

The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition, of which Participants will be notified in good time by publication on www.rba.hr.
