U kolovozu inflacija 7,8% na godišnjoj razini

Konačni podaci o kretanju inflacije u kolovozu potvrdili su preliminarnu procjenu, odnosno blago ubrzanje godišnje stope rasta na 7,8% (s 7,3% u srpnju).
Mjesečna stopa rasta revidirana je blago na niže, na 0,5% u odnosu na srpanj.
Očekivano, prema glavnim skupinama, najveći porast potrošačkih cijena na godišnjoj razini u prosjeku je ostvaren kod Restorana i hotela za 14,2%, dok su cijene Hrane i bezalkoholnih pića bile više za 11,0%. Ostale kategorije zabilježile su rast cijena po jednoznamenkastim stopama.
Najveći doprinos rastu cijena u kolovozu u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne godine generiran je od strane Hrane i bezalkoholnih pića, i to 2,92 postotna boda. Hrana, koja čini značajan udio u potrošačkoj košarici (oko 25%), bilježi dvoznamenkaste stope rasta kontinuirano još od veljače 2022. Tijekom prvih osam mjeseci jačao je utjecaj rasta cijena usluga, koje su pod utjecajem povišenih i rastućih (ulaznih) troškova, ali i pojačane potražnje. Godišnja stopa rasta cijena usluga u kolovozu, promatrajući prema posebnim agregatima, iznosila je 7,8%.
Podaci o kretanju cijena Energije, koje su u kolovozu, nakon tri mjeseca negativnih godišnjih stopa, ponovo zabilježile rast te su u prosjeku bile više za 4,2% u odnosu na kolovoz 2022. (+2,6% na mjesečnoj razini) pozivaju na oprez.
U prvih osam mjeseci inflacija je iznosila u prosjeku 9,4% na godišnjoj razini.
Na mjesečnoj razini, potrošačke cijene bile su više u prosjeku za 0,6% (u odnosu na 0,2% u srpnju), a najsnažniji rast je zabilježen u skupini Prijevoz, i to za 2,9% (uz doprinos porastu od +0,4pb). Porast cijena na mjesečnoj razini ublažen je padom cijena u skupini Odjeća i obuća (-4,2%) uslijed sezonskih sniženja.
Harmonizirani indeks potrošačkih cijena (HIPC), uz godišnju stopu rasta za 8,5% u kolovozu (+0,5pb u odnosu na godišnju promjenu u srpnju), u razdoblju od siječnja do kolovoza je iznosio 9,6%. Gotovo tijekom cijelog drugog i trećeg tromjesečja godišnja promjena HIPC je nešto viša od nacionalnog indeksa potrošačkih cijena (IPC), što je za očekivati budući da usporedivi pokazatelj za razliku od lokalne mjere uvažava i potrošnju stranih gostiju. Naime, udio ugostiteljskih usluga, a osobito usluga smještaja veći je kod HIPC u usporedbi s indeksom potrošačkih cijena.
Unatoč ponovnom ubrzanju rasta potrošačkih cijena u kolovozu, u nastavku godine i dalje očekujemo postupno kretanje inflacije prema nižim razinama, posebice kako se bude približavao kraj godine. Tome će svakako pridonijeti i primjena novih mjera Vlade koje će zasigurno utjecati na mjesečni pad cijena hrane u listopadu i tako pozitivno doprinijeti daljnjem ublažavanju rasta cijena.
