We have enabled Ukrainian citizens who have applied for or registered temporary residence/permanent residency in the Republic of Croatia to open an account using mobile andinternet banking apps free of charge.
With this specialized package of RBA services, we would like to assist Ukrainian citizens with integration and management of their finances – every day.

10 national and cross-border payment transactions in EUR per month
How to open an account?
You need to visit the nearest RBA branch and arrange a package of RBA services called a special basic account - Special Basic Account.
Which documents are required to open an account?
To open an account, you need:
- a valid passport or other valid identification document proving Ukrainian citizenship and/or Ukrainian refugee
- Identity card of a foreigner with temporary protection status
- OIB
