RBA PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN "10 EUR for 10 Transactions" 2026

Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. (RBA) is organizing the promotional campaign "10 EUR for 10 Transactions." The terms below apply from August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
A new private individual client who is an adult Croatian citizen or a foreign citizen and is not currently an RBA client.

HOW DOES THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN WORK?
The "10 EUR for 10 Transactions" campaign rewards new individual clients as follows:

  1. A new client is an adult individual (a Croatian or foreign citizen) who opens an account in the current month, including: Current account with/without package, Giro account, Multicurrency current account, and/or Multicurrency giro account.
  2. The new client performs Outgoing transactions on their account(s). Outgoing transactions include:
    Card payments
    Payments via mobile wallet
    Credit transfers (national, cross-border, and international) via mobile and/or internet banking
    SEPA direct debits
    Standing orders

    Note: Transfers between own accounts are NOT included (e.g., transfer from Current account to Multicurrency current account, loan repayments, credit card payments, internal direct debits for loan or credit card repayment, etc.).
  3. To qualify for the benefit, the client must perform at least 10 outgoing transactions on their accounts during the current month. In this case, the client receives a 10 EUR cash back  for that month.
  4. The benefit can be earned for the first 5 months after account opening, up to 10 EUR per month, for a maximum total of 50 EUR.
  5. If the client has multiple accounts, regardless of which account meets the conditions, the cash back will be paid in the following order: Current account, Multicurrency current account, Giro account, Multicurrency giro account.
  6. The benefit also includes the month in which the client becomes a new client.

CASH BACK PAYMENT
Cash back is paid in the calendar month immediately following the month in which the conditions are met.

OTHER RULES
Who cannot participate?Bank and Group employees are not entitled to the cash back.

Bank Rights
RBA reserves the right to change the terms or the cash back, or to cancel the promotional campaign at any time, without affecting the cashback rights of clients who met the conditions before the change.
