RBA promotional campaign "Friends by Account" in 2026

Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. (RBA) is organizing the referral campaign „Friends by Account“. The terms below apply from 4th May 2026 to 31st December 2026.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Promoter is an existing RBA client, an adult private individual who has contracted the mojaRBA mobile application or at least one active bank product. Any individual can become an RBA client by contracting any bank product and becoming a Promoter in this way.

New Client private individual is an adult Croatian citizen or foreign citizen who is not an RBA client.

Adult Croatian citizens and adult foreign citizens apply for the promotional campaign by:

  • using mojaRBA mobile application when contracting an RBA current account package, or
  • using the application form on the bank's "Friends by Account" website when contracting an RBA current account package in RBA branches.

New Clients establish a business relationship with the bank with a recommendation for at least one year.

New Client business entity is a legal entity who is a micro or small entrepreneur as per the Accounting Act, an association, institution, or other legal entity not registered in the court register, and a natural person operating within the scope of economic activity and free profession, who is not an RBA client and has not held a transactional account with RBA in the last 6
months.

They apply for the program via the bank’s "Friends by Account" website with a recommendation for a business relationship with the bank for at least one year.

Promoters can invite friends to become New Clients of RBA by sending their unique Activation Code, obtained through the mojaRBA mobile app or another communication channel with the bank, and thus earn rewards provided the New Client meets all conditions of the promotional campaign.

HOW DOES THE REWARD SYSTEM WORK?

The „Friends by Account“ referral campaign rewards New Clients - private individuals as follows:

  1. New Client registers for the „Friends by Account“ campaign via mojaRBA mobile banking (MB) or via the application form on the website using the Activation Code received from the Promoter.
  2. New Client contracts any current account package from the RBA offer – RBA Full&Cool, RBA Start&Go, RBA Young&Free, RBA Senior, PremiumSilver, Premium Gold, Premium Platinum.
  3. New Client directs salary or pension payments to the RBA account within 3 months from contracting one of the RBA current account packages.

New Client private individual receives a reward of 30 EUR credited to their current account.

The campaign rewards New Client business entities as follows:

  1. New Client registers for the „Friends by Account“ campaign via the application form on the website using the Activation Code received from the Promoter.
  2. New Client contracts the RBA FlexiBIZ Bonus entrepreneurial package online and makes the first outgoing transaction.

New Client business entity receives the RBA FlexiBIZ Bonus entrepreneurial package free of charge for 12 months.

The campaign rewards Promoters with 30 EUR for:

  • every New Client private individual who contracts a current account package from the campaign „Friends by Account“ using their Activation Code and meets any of the following two conditions:
    • 3 cashless outgoing payments to other recipients within one month from contracting the package, or
    • transfers their salary or pension to the RBA account within 3 months from contracting one of the RBA current account packages.
  • New Client business entity who opens a transactional account online using their Activation Code, contracts the RBA FlexiBIZ Bonus entrepreneurial package, and makes the first outgoing transaction,
  • transferring salary or pension to their own RBA account within 3 months of registering for the campaign using their own Activation Code, provided they have not received regular income (salary/pension) payments in RBA in the previous 6 months.

Promoters may share their Activation Code and receive rewards without limitation until 31st December 2026.

PAYMENT OF REWARDS

Rewards are paid in a lump sum in the calendar month following the month in which all conditions were fulfilled, exclusively credited to the current account of the Promoter or New Client private individual.

The bank reserves the right to limit and/or suspend the payout of rewards to a Promoter if it becomes aware or reasonably suspects that the Promoter is acting contrary to regulations and/or these Terms when distributing Activation Codes.

For New Client business entities, the reward „RBA FlexiBIZ Bonus entrepreneurial package 12 months free of charge“ will be applied no later than the calendar month following the month in which the conditions were met.

ADDITIONAL RULES

Who is not eligible?

Employees of the Bank and the Group are not eligible for rewards, and those directly working with clients (Business Network, Call Centre, and SME Sales Centres) cannot receive Activation Codes.

Conditions for Promoters without RBA account

Promoters without an RBA account must open a current account to receive their reward.

Recommendation by multiple Promoters for the same client

If multiple Promoters recommend the same person, the reward is paid to the Promoter whose Activation Code was registered first.

Data protection

New Client data is protected and not shared with Promoters or other New Clients.

Rights of the Bank

RBA reserves the right to amend the terms, rewards, or cancel the promotional campaign at any time.
