RBA promotional campaign "Friends by Account" 2026 from September 22, 2026 until December 31, 2026

Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. (RBA) is organizing the referral promotional campaign "Friends by Account" for all individual clients who become RBA clients by opening a current account or current account package between August 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026. Through this campaign, RBA assigns them a unique promotional code, which they can useto invite their friends to become RBA clients by December 31, 2026.

This promotional campaign starts on September 22, 2026, and runs until December 31, 2026.

Who can be a Promoter?

  • A Promoter is an RBA client who opens a current account or current account package with mojaRBA mobile banking between August 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
  • Within 15 days of opening the current account or package, the Promoter receives their activation code, visible in the mojaRBA mobile banking app via a banner labeled "Invite a Friend".
  • The activation code is valid until December 31, 2026, and can be shared unlimited times with friends.
  • The code can be shared through the mojaRBA mobile banking app (via the banner).
  • Eligible clients can also receive their code from RBA branch staff or by contacting the Call Centre.

How does the reward system work?

  • The Promoter receives a reward of EUR 30 for each new client who opens a current account or package using their activation code between September 22, 2026, and December 31, 2026, provided the new client has not been a Bank client in the previous 6 months.
  • After opening the account, the new individual client receives a link in the mojaRBA app banner ("Enter referral code") to enter the Promoter’s code, fulfilling the conditions for the Promoter’s reward.
  • A client who meets the Promoter criteria can also obtain their code from RBA branch or call centre staff.

Reward payment to the Promoter

  • The Promoter receives EUR 30 for each new client who opens a current account or package using their activation code by December 31, 2026.
  • The reward is paid as a one-time payment to the Promoter’s current account in the month following the month in which the reward conditions were met.

OTHER RULES

Who is not eligible to participate?

Employees of the Bank and Group are not entitled to receive rewards. Employees who meet the Promoter criteria may share their codes but are not eligible for rewards.

Multiple Promoters referring the same client

If multiple Promoters refer the same person, the reward is granted to the Promoter whose activation code was recorded first.

Rewarding New Clients

Rewards for New Clients are governed by separate acquisition promotional campaigns.

Data Protection

Data about New Clients is protected and will not be shared with Promoters or New Clients.

Bank’s Rights

RBA reserves the right to limit or suspend reward payments if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse of activation codes or violation of these rules.

RBA reserves the right to modify the terms, rewards, or cancel the promotional campaign at any time.
