How can you contract the RaiConnect service?

The RaiConnect service is available to all users of the RBA package without charging an additional fee. It is enough to emphasize, when contracting the package, that you want to use the RaiConnect service, and we will take over the rest.

I have an RBA package

If you are already a user of the RBA package, it will suffice to fill out the RaiConnect service contract request and submit it to the nearest branch office. After that, you will receive an access message to your e-mail address.

I don’t have an RBA package

By contracting the RBA package, you have the option of using more services with additional benefits, all for the price of one monthly fee. Choose your RBA package and contract the RaiConnect service.

Download the RaiConnect app via the App Store for iOS devices and via Google Play for Android devices.

Before contracting the service, be sure to check whether your mobile device or PC meets the specified technical prerequisites in order to prevent possible communication difficulties in advance.

The RaiConnect app is a digital service mobile app/internet platform, which allows communication between the Client and the Bank, including sending messages, audio and video calls, sending documents, displaying screens and other actions or forms of communication that will be possible in the future through the development of the app. By using this service, it is possible to agree on the products and services of the Bank and the Group, but the documentation required for concluding contracts agreed by using the app (e.g. requests, application forms, contracts, etc.) must be signed in the Bank’s branch office or the Bank’s business center on the same working day that the User gave order to the Bank.

The RaiConnect app is used for communication between the Client and the Bank, including sending written messages, audio and video calls, sending documents, displaying screens and other actions or forms of communication that will be possible in the future through the development of the app.
