How to arrange a FlexiBIZ package?
Apply for an account and package online!
Fill out an online application to open a business account and select the FlexiBIZ BONUS package to get it 12 months free of charge.
If you are a craft business, family farm, d.o.o. [limited liability company], j.d.o.o. [simple limited liability company] with one owner who is also the sole representative/authorized person (the same individual) or if you are engaged in a freelance profession, you can fully contract the transaction account and FlexiBIZ package online.
If you are the owner of another type of business entity, you can submit the request for opening an account and package online. For contracting and signing the documents, we will be waiting for you at the nearest RBA branch.
Clients who already have a transaction account can contract the package at the branch by filling by filling out a standardised Bank form Change of information regarding business entity.
UNIQA insurance and ORYX assistance
As an RBA Business Mastercard holder, you are offered a free of charge UNIQA insurance policy, which includes:
- travel health insurance for credit card holders when travelling abroad;
- coverage of necessary costs incurred by airplane or luggage delays during foreign travel;
- accidental death insurance policy.
ORYX Assistance – Road Help:
- The business entity who is an active user of the FlexiBIZ BALANCE package gains the right to use the benefits of the FlexiBIZ BALANCE package by making the person authorised to represent the respective business entity, as identified and registered in the Bank system at the moment of data delivery to ORYX Grupa d.o.o., the beneficiary of the benefits as contained in the FlexiBIZ package
- The capacity of a beneficiary/member is identified by a membership card issued to the beneficiary/member by ORYX. The membership card is issued to the name of the respective beneficiary/member, and is sent to the beneficiary/member to the correspondence address of the business entity registered in the Bank system.
ORYX Assistance - Road Help in RH with the FlexiBIZ BALANCE package includes:
Road Help in RH - If there is a car problem, the Help on the Road service will provide its removal on the spot, or free transportation of your vehicle to the nearest repair garage.
Call Centre 24/7 365 days a year - Road help in emergency cases when the speed of resolving a situation is the most important - only dial the free phone number of the Call Centre 0800 5003 (24 hours a day for RBA ORYX Assistance Users).
Vehicle repair – one-off during the membership validity period, without any time and/or distance restriction.
Vehicle transport (loading, transport, unloading) – one-off during the membership validity period (to the nearest authorized or unauthorized repair garage regardless of distance)
Road Angel – monitoring the speed, noises and other parameters of the vehicle via the smart phone, the application identifies an accident and automatically calls in the ambulance, the police, the fire-brigade, or road help. Thrift Program – the membership cards allows unlimited discount use in the retail outlets of the ORYX Thrift Program partners.

- 2nd Car - the ORYX Assistance service allows free use of a replacement car after an accident (e.g. while your vehicle is in repair) regardless of who is at fault.
- Delivery of a replacement vehicle – after filing an insurance claim you call the Call Centre who initiate the replacement car delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia free of charge within a 20 km range, to the place of the user's choice.
- Use of a replacement vehicle - use of a replacement vehicle up to 4 calendar days.
- Taking over a replacement vehicle - taking over a replacement vehicle in the territory of the Republic of Croatia within a 20 km range is free of charge.
