How to contract RaiConnect Service?
No RBA business account
To use RaiConnect, fill the online application for opening of the transaction account and select the FlexiBIZ BONUS package, which includes the RaiConnect service. Until 31/12/2024 the special benefit is that you can use the FlexiBIZ BONUS package for 12 months free of charge, which saves you 210,00 EUR!
I have RBA business account
If you do hold a Business Account at RBA, and would like to use RaiConnect, your next step is to contact your banker or contract the FlexiBIZ BONUS package. The package includes the RaiConnect service.
Download the RaiConnect application from the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices.
Minimum technical requirements which your smart phone should meet to provide for app installation is the iOS version 11 and for android devices - version 4.4.

The RaiConnect app is a digital service mobile app/internet platform, which allows communication between the Client and the Bank, including sending messages, audio and video calls, sending documents, displaying screens and other actions or forms of communication that will be possible in the future through the development of the app. By using this service, it is possible to agree on the products and services of the Bank and the Group, but the documentation required for concluding contracts agreed by using the app (e.g. requests, application forms, contracts, etc.) must be signed in the Bank’s branch office or the Bank’s business center on the same working day that the User gave order to the Bank.
The RaiConnect app is used for communication between the Client and the Bank, including sending written messages, audio and video calls, sending documents, displaying screens and other actions or forms of communication that will be possible in the future through the development of the app.
