How to activate RaiPay?
Download the app from the appropriate app store
Launch the application and accept the general terms and conditions and special permissions
Enter your mobile phone number for contact and create a RaiPay PIN to authorize payments through the app
The PIN does not have to be the same as the card PIN
Add your card in one of three ways:
- By manually entering data from the card into the RaiPay app
- By taking a picture of the card or
- By bringing the card close to the NFC reader.
Verify the card
- If you have the mojaRBA mobile app activated, you will receive a one-time activation code sent to the inbox of your mojaRBA app. To confirm, enter the one-time activation code.
- If you do not have the mojaRBA mobile app, please contact RBA INFO phone.
IMPORTANT: Never share card data and activation code with anyone!

You can add all RBA debit and credit cards, personal and business cards, Mastercard and Visa to the app. It is not possible to add cards from other banks to the app.
You can add the RBA card to the app in one of the following ways:
- by manually entering data from the card into the RaiPay app
- by taking a picture of the card
- by bringing the NFC card closer to the mobile phone reader (contactless payment
must be enabled on the card).
After adding multiple card types, choose which card to use as the default for future
payments. If you want to pay with a card that is not the default, before paying you should open the app, set it as the preferred card and then make the payment. When adding cards into the application via NFC, scanning is usually instantaneous, but with some mobile phone models it takes 2–3 seconds and signal my be lost if the card is moved during scanning. Tap the card to the part of the mobile phone where the NFC antenna is located, and be sure to check where it is on your device. Also, some protective mobile phone cases can interfere with the signal.
Yes, for security reasons, you need to verify each card you add to the app. You can do the verification with a one-time password.

You can register or change contact numbers by sending a message through internet banking or in any RBA branch office.
For payment security, the app is set to have three levels of authorization, depending on
the amount of a one-time transaction or the cumulative amount of successive payments:
- payment authorization with the mobile screen on
- payment authorization by unlocking the mobile phone
- payment authorization by entering RaiPay PIN or biometrics.
Yes, select “Pay Securely” within the app settings. By activating this option, each transaction must be confirmed in advance. Just tap “Confirm Payment” on the dashboard before each payment.
With the mobile phone screen turned on: up to 15.00 EUR
By unlocking a mobile phone: up to 105.00 EUR
By entering RaiPay PIN or biometrics: over 105.00 EUR
One-time payment limits can vary when paying abroad, and they also depend on the settings of the POS devices. After reaching the cumulative amount, the app will ask for a higher level of authorization.
For security reasons, the app is set up in such a way that it occasionally asks the user for payment authorization even for amounts smaller than 15.00 EUR.

No, you need to use a plastic RBA card to use the Zlatna RBICA euros.
No, installments at the point of sale are only possible when using a plastic credit card. Please note that all transactions, regardless of the way they were carried out, over 40.00 EUR can be split into 2 to 24 installments via mojaRBA mobile banking or by calling the RBA INFO phone.
After accepting special permissions, the app checks whether your device meets all the
prerequisites for activating mobile payments. If all prerequisites are not met, the app shuts down. The app also needs to be set as the default for NFC payments within the mobile phone settings if that has not been done automatically.
Yes, you can activate the app on any mobile number.
The payment display on the Transactions screen in the RaiPay app indicates that the
transaction has been successfully initiated between the app and the POS device. But the transaction may still be declined.
The only confirmation of a successful payment is always the confirmation generated by the POS device or self-service device of the point of sale.
If the transaction is shown as successful in the RaiPay app and as unsuccessful on the
confirmation slip from the point of sale, your account will not be debited.
In order to be sure whether the account has been debited, you can check the turnover on your account or credit card at any time via mobile or internet banking.
