What is Premium DIRECT?

 

We present Premium DIRECT!

A simpler and more advanced way of communicating and doing business with the bank, which allows co-operation with the personal banker without you coming to the branch in person.

Through modern technology, by choosing the Premium DIRECT service as the communication channel between you and your personal banker, you will conduct much of your business via video calls (meetings), e-mail, chat or telephone. Any documentation requiring your signature will be delivered to you personally and at a previously agreed time.  

With Premium DIRECT save your precious time, realize your requests faster and minimize your visits to the branch!

How do you get a Premium DIRECT service?

 

The Premium DIRECT service is included in all Premium packages.
When contracting a Premium package, point out that you would like to activate communication with a Premium DIRECT personal banker and your appointed banker will contact you proposing a time for your first introductory video call.

It is important to note that the Premium DIRECT service is currently available only in the area of the City of Zagreb but extending it also to other towns is planned. Therefore, feel free to request a meeting so that we may contact you immediately upon activating this service in your town.

Try out the simplicity of the new service and make a video call to our Premium Direct bankers.
A green dot is displayed next to the banker available for taking the call.
Before calling, check whether your computer or mobile device meets the technical conditions so as to prevent any difficulties in communication. Click Dial to make the video call and read the General Terms and Conditions. Enter your name and surname, confirm to be familiar with the General Terms and Conditions for Premium DIRECT Service Use and start the video call.
Premium DIRECT Service is available Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
