Before calling, check whether your computer or mobile device meets the technical conditions so as to prevent any difficulties in communication. Click Dial to make the video call and read the General Terms and Conditions. Enter your name and surname, confirm to be familiar with the General Terms and Conditions for Premium DIRECT Service Use and start the video call.
NOTICE: Premium DIRECT Service is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
