    A housing savings depositor is eligible to receive the amount agreed provided that he or she has been saving during the minimum saving period, reached the required amount of savings in the tariff agreed and collected the required number of points.     • You may apply for an interim financing loan immediately upon conclusion of a housing savings agreement.
      Housing loans are approved with a fixed rate during the entire loan repayment period.
      Savings interest and state incentive funds are granted for housing savings payment during the interim financing period.

  • How interim financing works?
    • Housing savings depositors who have just concluded a housing savings agreement or whose savings amounts to less than the minimum amount required for the grant of regular loan
      During the interim financing period, lasting from 2 to 5 years, they pay installments comprising a housing payment and an interim financing loan annuity payment.
      During the interim financing period, the installment amount is equal to the regular loan repayment annity, so the client´s payments do not change after the conversion of an interim financing loan to a regular one. The conversion to a regular loan is performed when a depositor has reached the minimum savings amount agreed required for the grant of a regular loan.

    Following the conversion of an interim financing loan to a regular one indexed to EUR, the regular interest rate amounts to 3,80% for apartment or family house purchase and housing loan repayment and 4,00% for other purposes- Following the conversion of an interim financing green loan to a regular one, the regular interest rate amounts to 3,80%. The interest rate is annual, regular and fixed.

    Following the conversion of an interim financing loan to a regular one, the regular interest rate amounts to 4,75%. The interest rate is annual, regular and fixed.
