Notice of abandoning security risk versions of TLS protocol

As of March 1st 2020, RBA will disable the use of the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols on the Bank's website and websites of Raiffeisen Leasing, Raiffeisen stambena stedinica and Raiffeisen Invest. In order to provide a high security level to its users, access to Bank's official website, websites of Raiffeisen Leasing, Raiffeisen stambena stedinica and Raiffeisen Invest (www.rba.hrwww.raiffeisen-leasing.hrwww.raiffeisenstambena.hrwww.rbainvestand RBA iDIREKT internet banking login pages will be possible only by using the TLS 1.2 protocol.

Operating systems Windows XP and Windows Vista do not support the TLS 1.2 protocol, and operating system Windows 7 supports TLS 1.2 protocol only if updated regularly with the latest upgrades. If you use a personal computer with these  operating systems to access RBA iDIREKT Internet banking, please upgrade your computer to the supported systems.

The TLS 1.2 protocol is automatically supported on Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 operating systems.

The primary purpose of using the TLS protocol is to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data exchanged between the user and a particular service on the Internet. The use of TLS protocols at the end user is generated by the Internet browser in collaboration with a particular service and selects the best supported version of the TLS protocol. Selecting the TLS protocol version is performed automatically and without any additional intervention by the user itself. All newer versions of operating systems and Internet browsers automatically support TLS 1.2 protocol operation.
